Agent Profit Sharing Benefits

Plan A. - FLAT FEE PACKAGE

Agents that recruit a newly licensed agent will receive $ 1,000 per year from that agent's fully paid contract.

Agents that recruit an experienced agent will receive $ 2,000 per year from that agent's fully paid contract. If an agent joins Remerica Integrity and selects the monthly prepaid plan, then the recruiting agent will receive one months rent after he/she has paid for the full year.

Plan B. - AGENT AWARDS PROGRAM

This program is not based on company profits. IT'S GUARANTEED INCOME. You will earn commission on six generations below you. When you recruit any agent, new or experienced, you will receive 10% of the office commission from that agent, and 5% off any agent they bring in, and 4% off any agent they bring in, and 3% off any agent they bring in, and 2% off any agent they bring in, and 1% off any agent they bring in.
